By registering and actively using the DABUX website, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set out below.
DABUX may change the terms of use at any time without notice or announcement, so please check the terms of use constantly. If you do not agree to any of the following conditions, please do not register or request the termination of your account. You agree and acknowledge that you will regularly review this agreement and further agree that by logging in and viewing the site, you are deemed to have reviewed and accepted the latest revisions / modifications to this agreement.

ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTION
You must be 18 to participate and have an account in DABUX.

DABUX is available worldwide and is not available where local law prohibits it.

MEMBERS

You are not allowed to register multiple accounts on the same IP address or in the same household.

Your account cannot be sold or transferred to another person, any attempt to do so will result in the suspension of your account.

Your username and email cannot be changed, all other available profile details can be changed by accessing your "Personal Settings" account.

Your password is stored in an irreversible format if you lose it, you can only recover it using our lost password function found on the login page or by contacting our support team.

 

If we detect any attempt at fraud, system abuse, defamation, harassment, foul language, improper conduct in our forum or helpdesk or any type of account activity deemed inappropriate or illegal to the in the sole discretion of DABUX, these actions may result in the termination of a member and possible legal action, as well as the confiscation of any commission earned that has not yet been paid to you by DABUX.

When necessary or in order to prove any information or evidence in court regarding your account will be shared and provided. Only active accounts are eligible to receive paid ads, in order to activate your account, you must see BonusAds, and each ad will increase your account by one day.

 Paid ads on your account will remain on your account for 24 hours. If the ads are not displayed, they will be deleted and your delivered earnings will always be deducted, because each time you receive an announcement of your bonus announcement points, the value of the delivered advertisement is deducted.

If you don't receive paid ads even though your correspondent is active and currently has bonus ad points, this may be due to the fact that there are not enough ads announced or bought by our advertisers, in this case, no advertisement will be delivered and we do not take any guarantee.

Provide you with these ads as it depends on our total funds received from advertisers on the ads purchased. You cannot change sponsors unless there has been a problem with our system, so make sure that when registering you have the correct sponsor listed.

RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and DABUX.

 You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any tax on money earned from DABUX and / or  DABUX advertisers.

RESPONSIBILITY
DABUX shall not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages resulting from or related to this Agreement or to DABUX, even if DABUX has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In addition, DABUX's overall liability arising from this agreement will not exceed the amount of the total costs paid to or payable to you under this agreement. The provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the agreement.

We make no warranty or representation, express or implied, with respect to the member program or any service or other item advertised via DABUX (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-forgery, or any warranty implied from a performance course, negotiation, or commercial use).

 

In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be responsible for the consequences of any interruption or error. DABUX is not responsible if your PC is infected by malware, virus or other program which affects the performance of your PC. It is the member's responsibility to maintain a good antivirus and anti-malware program on their system.

INDEMNITY
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and release DABUX, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors and assigns, from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses (including fees and attorney fees) of any kind whatsoever that we have suffered or suffered (collectively "losses").

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
DABUX may contain links from third parties. We do not control, investigate, monitor or verify these websites, we are not responsible for the computer programs available, the content or opinions expressed on these websites, and we do not investigate, monitor or verify. If you decide to leave the site and access a third party website, you do so at your own risk.

RIGHTS TO INFORMATION
DABUX may retain and use any information you provide, including, but not limited to, site demographics, contact and billing information.

You agree that DABUX may transfer and disclose personally identifiable information about you to third parties for the purpose of approving and enabling your participation in the program, including to third parties who reside in jurisdictions with less restrictive data laws than yours.

PAYMENTS AND WITHDRAWALS
Members can earn by clicking on paid ads delivered to their account based on their bonus advertising points, they also have the opportunity to win by referring other members to our website. Members can earn a percentage of the advertising revenue collected by DABUX. Members will be paid all winnings from their balance via their method of choice on the withdrawal page.

REFUND POLICY
1. All payments are non-refundable as they relate to services provided at the time of purchase. If you have problems with one of your purchases, you can contact our support by creating a support ticket.

2. Payments made to DABUX using Payza are only accepted from verified accounts.

Payments made using unverified Payza accounts will not be accepted.

3. All reverse invoices or reverse transactions made on your payments will result in an immediate suspension of the account. This suspension will then be assessed according to and according to the causes that led to it.

PRICES AND UPGRADES
DABUX may change the prices of advertisements and upgrades in the account at any time without notice. No refund will be given in the event of a price difference to any member who has made a purchase at a higher price.

SPAM POLICY
You cannot promote your referral link (our website) by using unsolicited e-mail (SPAMMING) or any other type of advertising which you do not want. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate suspension of your account.

ADVERTISERS
All ad purchases are non-refundable, and any attempt to do so will suspend your ads and account, and details about your campaign, account, and product purchased at the payment processor. Websites containing malicious scripts or code, excessive pop-ups or viruses are prohibited. In summary and without being exhaustive, no site promoting the following will be submitted to DABUX:

Adult content or sexual material
Drug related
Tobacco sales
Hatred / violence sites
Discriminatory practices
Arms sales
Pharmaceutical sales
Illegal downloads, including movies, MP3, software, etc.
Any other illegal content
 

DABUX reserves the right to reject advertisements at our sole discretion. No refunds will be given if your advertising campaign is canceled for the promotion of malicious or illegal content. Advertisers can request a change of advertising campaign by sending us a message using the "contact us" page.

 

VARIOUS
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND (DABUX) AND BY CLICKING THE REGISTRATION BUTTON (IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL) OR YOUR COMPANY (IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF YOUR BUSINESS) (THE "MEMBER") AGREE (S) TO RESPECT BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS MEMBER AGREEMENT. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE BOUND BY THESE RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS LISTED ABOVE. PLEASE READ THIS MEMBER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING ITS CONDITIONS.
